He joined MED-EL UK in 2012, supporting clinics nationwide with hearing implant training. As Clinical Lead for MED-EL Direct, he oversees patient troubleshooting and repair services. With the launch of OTOPLAN in 2018, Andrew developed expertise in cochlear implant surgery and radiology. He now leads the OTOPLAN Direct Service, enabling UK clinicians to submit scans for pre- and post-operative analysis.\n\nPlease note: While we can’t review individual audiograms for every attendee during the webinar, we’re happy to offer one-on-one appointments with our clinical team.
