Hearing matters whatever your age: yet the impact of hearing loss and deafness is not recognised by society. Today, cochlear implants can provide useful hearing for those unable to benefit from hearing aids and transform lives– yet only 1 in 20 of those who could benefit globally receive them.
Building on the energy and impact of our first two global conferences in Brussels, our third inspiring conference ‘CI Advocacy in Action 2026’ will bring together the network of CI users, families, professionals, academics, industry and policy makers and funders from across the globe to share our advocacy actions to change this.
