MED-EL offers counselling sessions
The process of getting a hearing implant can be stressful. For adults who have experienced a sudden hearing loss, this may be a particularly traumatic time. For parents, it can be worrying navigating a solution for their child’s hearing loss. Will my child hear? How can I best support my child?
BeHeard by MED-EL is here to support adults and families navigating their journey to hearing by offering complimentary counselling sessions, both in-person and online.
Starting on Monday 30th June, MED-EL will be hosting in person sessions in Portsmouth, in partnership with the Elizabeth Foundation. Each session will last 90 minutes and will be facilitated by an accredited counsellor.
